Ocicats

We started breeding Ocicats 8 years ago. Our original breeds in the 1980's were Siamese and Abyssinian, so as you can see these are my 2 favourites rolled into one.

Our Ocicat stud is Champion Allagash Texasdots. He is a big friendly black silver boy who was the top winning Ocicat male in 2001, but who had unfortunately taken a dislike to showing, so had only be on exhibition for a while. He has 9 Merits and 3 IC certificates.

July 2009 - Tex gained his third Challenge Certificate and is now a Champion.

His sire is Catoninetail Piperofthickthorn and his Dam is Thickthorn Sesame. He is currently producing some wonderful show winning kittens. He is the sire of GR CH Winnothdale Moele and GR PR Vervain Onthespot.

	Thickthorn Pippali (Angel) Angel is a black silver female, litter sister of Cornpoppy. Angel also has 3 ic certificates.
	Thickthorn Charity (Chas) Chas is a blue female Ocicat bred by Mrs R. Caunter. Her sire is Wildtracks Tarragon of Thickthorn and her Dam L'belle Hale'iwa of Thickthorn. Charity is now retired and living happily with my Mum!
	Winnothdale Fizzbomb (Fizz) Fizz is our F2 varient black silver ticked Ocicat. She is Angel's daughter by Winnothdale Genesis.
	Champion Thickthorn Pattia (Patti) Patti is a chocolate Ocicat from Mrs Rosemary Caunter. Patti was awarded her third CC at the Yorkshire Cat Club Show 2009 and is now a Champion.
